A Superyacht interior is typically valued at approximately 25% of the total value of the vessel. With so much at stake, the interior must be carefully evaluated by an industry expert as part of the overall condition survey.
For example:
- A detailed inspection of ceiling, floor, and wall coverings, loose and built-in furniture
- Details of lighting elements and window dressings
- Functionality check of interior equipment, e.g. hospitality appliances, spa and sanitary amenities
- Details of design features, themes, and colour schemes
The report can also form the basis of a refit and/or upgrades
